Sr Manager - Group Corp Treasury And Finance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Managing banking, fund raising and other treasury activities for identified entities in Mahindra Group
Fund-raising by way of market borrowings such as listed commercial papers and NCDs basis requirement
"Treasury Compliance : Ensure Group level Treasury Compliance; compliance with regulatory and banking requirements for treasury including APR filing, RBI Project profiles, other FEMA compliances
SEBI / LODR / Debenture Trustee compliances pertaining to NCD and CP.”
Managing Inter-company loans in the Group incl Documentation and Interest rate benchmarking
Coordination with auditors on ODI/FDI matters
Technology/Automation initiatives for Treasury
MIS & Presentations to senior management
Experience
4-6 year relevant post qualification experience (preferably in a conglomerate /across diverse businesses)

General Requirements
Strong proficiency and knowledge of Banking, Cash Flows management, Foreign Remittances, RBI & FEMA. Knowledge of Forex, Borrowings and Investments will be added advantage.
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills, Strong analytical capability with problem-solving aptitude, Ability to navigate ambiguous problems in an agile manner, High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Manage and prioritize a large and varied work load effectively and efficiently, ability to manage cross-functional and cross cultural interactions.
