Requirement:
Full-time (Mon Sat); commission basedStart: Immediate
Education/Experience Requirement:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
We are looking for freshers as well as candidates with two to three years of work experience in B2B sales of industrial goods and machinery.
Role Description
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in our day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and prospecting new clients, building and maintaining effective relationships with end customers, agents, distributors, and consultants, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include locating new customers and ensuring smooth business operations. You will visit customers and agents, provide product demonstrations, coordinate with the management team, negotiate contracts, deliveries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will participate in exhibitions and trade fairs, assist in product installations, and perform minor servicing as needed.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Proactively engage in daily sales activities of the company.
- Manage relationships with end customers, agents, distributors, and consultants.
- Identify and develop new customer channels including consultants, agents, and distributors.
- Regular visits to customers and agents for business development and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with management, distributors, and agents to ensure efficient operations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs, both in India and internationally.
- Assist in system installations and provide servicing when required.
- Continuously update knowledge of existing and new products.
- Monitor competitors marketing strategies and report insights for strategic planning.
- Ensure effective sales performance individually and by the team.
- Maintain various sales reports as required by the company.
