Job Description
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Recruitment ,Operations and Employee Relations teams, ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment processes, employee relations activities, and documentation management. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with company policies and legal standards while contributing to a positive HR experience for employees and candidates.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings; assist with job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding processes.
Update and maintain the recruitment tracker.
Create Reports using HRIS & Power Bi
Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, recruitment-related documentation, and ensure accurate element entries for new recruits in the HR system and other HR – Admin related tasks.

Prepare and issue salary slips and other employee-related documents.
Schedule and organize disciplinary hearings, grievance meetings, and investigations. Issue memos, notices, and employee communications, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
