Job Description
- You will be working as a dynamic and proactive Recruiter at a Recruitment Agency in Kochi. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Developing job postings and sharing them on relevant job portals and social media.
- Assisting in onboarding and follow-up of new employees.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
