Job Description

As an Automation Engineer specializing in Database and Framework Integrations at MailerCraft, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that span across databases and frameworks. Your role will involve working with Docker to containerize and deploy automation solutions, thereby contributing significantly to the enhancement of sales cycle processes, data integrity, and system reliability.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing database automations to streamline workflows, developing and maintaining automation frameworks for scalable solutions, and writing efficient code using Node.js and React for building a Software as a Service (SaaS) product. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize the sales cycle through the creation of relevant automations, troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation pipelines, and document technical processes and workflows.
In order to excel in this role, you should possess a strong proficiency in Node.js and React, hands-on experience with integration tools such as Zapier and Make/Integromat, and expertise in building and managing API integrations between various systems. Additionally, familiarity with CRM tools, sales cycles, and Docker containerization will be crucial for your success.

Preferred qualifications for this position include prior experience in SaaS environments or marketing automation platforms, knowledge of REST APIs and webhook-driven automation, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deployment, and strong analytical skills to optimize workflows and integrations.
