› Develop and maintain a rolling 3-month demand forecast model by market and SKU type
› Issue quarterly Geopolitical Risk Assessment report (10-15 pages) for strategic planning

• OPPORTUNITY & RISK FLAGS (Ongoing)
  

› Issue formal Trade Opportunity Alerts when a macro event creates a pricing or volume window (e.g., Pakistan supply shock, Ramadan demand spike)
› Issue formal Risk Alerts for events that threaten existing contracts or receivables (e.g., Iran sanctions, buyer-country FX controls)
› Build and maintain a Country Risk Matrix — updated monthly — covering political stability, FX risk, payment risk, import regime › Maintain a Sanctions & Regulatory Compliance log — flag any exposure across buyer portfolio

• WAR ROOM SUPPORT (Ad Hoc)
  

› Support BD with market-specific data for RFQ responses, pitch decks, and buyer negotiations
› Prepare rapid research notes (≤48 hrs) on any market, buyer, or competitor as requested
› Conduct post-deal analysis: why did we win or lose, what intelligence did or didnt support the outcome
› Collaborate with Operations for shipping route intelligence: Red Sea, Suez disruptions, freight rate spikes
