What You ll Do

* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness, reach, and engagement
* Manage influencer marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing and PR teams
* Oversee creation of compelling content including posts, videos, blogs, ads, and newsletters
* Ensure all content maintains consistent brand identity and tone across platforms
* Lead community management efforts to foster positive engagement and protect brand reputation
* Manage, mentor, and guide the social media team, ensuring effective collaboration with internal departments
* Track performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and implement data-driven improvements
* Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and best practices
* Support event coverage, manage executive LinkedIn profiles, and contribute to crisis communication planning

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 10+ years of social media management and content creation experience, ideally in entertainment, retail, or lifestyle sectors
* Strong portfolio showcasing impactful social media campaigns and creative content
* Proficiency in platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
* Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics
* Proven success in increasing reach, engagement, and follower growth through organic and paid strategies
* Excellent copywriting, editing, analytical, and leadership skills
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
