The selected professional will ensure reliable financial consolidation, budget discipline, audit readiness, and strategic planning support while helping leadership maintain strong financial performance and long-term sustainability.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of management reports and maintain strong financial planning through effective reporting systems
• Review financial reports and consolidations to ensure accuracy and full visibility of business performance
• Monitor financial risks, impairments, and operational issues that may affect company results
• Ensure monthly consolidation of accounting results across all country business units
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans aligned with approved targets
• Manage General Ledger, treasury, fixed assets, project accounting, and balance sheet reviews
• Supervise supplier payment terms, treasury compliance, and insurance-related financial matters
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, finance policies, and internal control procedures
• Drive tax optimization, finance process improvements, and stronger governance practices
• Support finance team development through mentoring, training, and performance management

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience with at least 3 years in the retail sector
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and IFRS compliance
• Experience handling audits, month-end closing, and year-end financial processes
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities
• Emirati talent preferred for this position
