The selected professional will support senior leadership with reliable reporting, strong compliance controls, and strategic financial planning while helping improve efficiency and financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of management reports and ensure accurate financial planning through effective reporting tools
• Review financial reports and consolidations to ensure results reflect true company performance and financial position
• Monitor financial risks, impairments, and reporting issues that may affect operations and profitability
• Ensure monthly consolidation of accounting results across all country business units
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans aligned with approved financial targets
• Manage General Ledger, treasury, fixed assets, project accounting, and balance sheet reviews
• Supervise supplier payment terms, treasury compliance, and insurance-related financial activities
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, financial procedures, internal controls, and company policies
• Drive tax optimization initiatives and continuous process improvement across finance operations
• Support team performance, mentoring, training, and implementation of finance policies and procedures

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience with at least 3 years in retail
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance standards
• Experience managing audits, month-end closing, and year-end financial processes
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Emirati talent preferred for this position
