Complementing this is our Holiday Experts (HE) business, a pan-India network of 2000+ trained experts who work closely with customers to craft personalized itineraries and ensure end-to-end support. We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented professional to lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, Business Analytics, and Sales Excellence. The role will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving sales performance through data-driven insights, improving business KPIs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Qualification and Experience:

Postgraduate degree from a reputed institute with 5-10 years of experience in GTM projects, business analytics, and preferably in international markets.

Key Success Factors for the Role:

1. SPOC to drive integration with our new CRM with all the use cases, adoption in the HE world & generating more Repeat business through it
2. Driving implementation of flight booking sales on land packages
3. Driving Partnership business -fulfillment requirement of Holiday packages
4. Driving teams on Sales target performance through CLs
5. Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
6. Coordination with cross-functional SPOCs and delivering tasks in a timely manner.

1. Should have strong data analysis and storytelling skills,
2. Should be able to break down complex problem statements into manageable components
3. Should identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
