The team oversees everythingfrom social media marketing to client onboarding and shoot logisticsoffering a holistic brand management approach.

As a Brand Management & Assistant, youll play a vital role supporting all aspects of both the brands growth and Monalisa Mandals own day-to-day operations. This dual role is ideal for someone whos passionate about beauty, content creation, and organization, with the drive to run projects and assist the founder seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Management

Respond to daily inquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and calls.

Convert leads to confirmed bridal, party, and makeup bookings.

Keep accurate records of bookings and maintain communication logs.

Promote seasonal offers and special packages to clients.

Social Media and Digital Marketing

Plan, create, and edit engaging content for all platforms.

Film and edit short-form videos and images using editing software.

Track post performance and recommend improvements.

Write captions, schedule posts, and monitor effective hashtags.

Influencer and PR Coordination

Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers.

Oversee collaboration timelines, content delivery, and track brand mentions.

Coordinate reposts from creators and vendors.

Client Coordination and Calendar Management

Quickly respond to client queries and schedule appointments.

Maintain a comprehensive master calendar for all shoots, events, and meetings.

Send reminders and manage logistics for appointments and brand events.

On-Site Shoot and Event Support

Assist with makeup sessions and content creation during shoots.

Manage behind-the-scenes documentation.

Support with lighting, setup, and on-ground coordination.

Administrative and Brand Growth Support

Update internal checklists, trackers, sales, and performance reports.

Support with campaign planning, collaborations, and sales strategies.

Support Monalisa Mandal with daily scheduling and reminders.

Coordinate travel, meetings, and personal errands as needed.

Ensure tasks and priorities are handled efficiently, allowing Monalisa to focus on high-impact brand activities.
