Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Real Estate Presales assistant manager to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their real estate needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring that our services effectively meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and objectives.
- Provide guidance and information about properties and services offered.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, property listings, and investment opportunities.
- Understand the features and benefits of our offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and networking.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and nurture relationships to convert leads into clients.
- Market Research:
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer preferences.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress toward targets.
- Performance Clause:
- Ensure successful execution of project launches by overseeing site visits across all project locations.
- Take responsibility for coordinating activities at each site to guarantee that launches are conducted smoothly and effectively.
- Regularly report on the status of each project launch and implement solutions for any challenges encountered during site visits.
Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or presales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Real estate licensing/authorization (as per local regulations).
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
