Job Description
- As an Executive - Software Testing at Malabar Head Quarters, your role involves responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting application functionality, usage, and configuration issues through various channels such as phone, email, and ticketing system. You will gather information from users to understand and document the problem, including error messages, steps to reproduce it, and system specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve common application-related problems using knowledge bases, documentation, and available resources
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support
- Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) for prompt response times and efficient problem resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and update ticketing systems with relevant information
- Liaise with L2 or L3 support teams, developers, or system administrators to escalate and resolve issues requiring expertise
- Analyze reported issues for common patterns, recurring issues, or potential areas for improvement
- Contribute to knowledge bases or documentation to improve self-service support resources
Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor of Engineering
- Below 30 years of age
- 2 to 3 years of experience in software testing
As part of the internal process, ensure that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures in the section. Additionally, review and provide reports to management as and when required.
