Job Description
- This position of Head, Human Capital International Stations reports to the Manager, HC International Stations. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and organizing key initiatives related to the Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) roles. This includes manpower planning, resource management, performance management, talent management, learning & development, disciplinary management, and union management to ensure a sustainable employee experience and human capital service delivery.
Your key accountabilities will involve effectively managing stakeholders by providing advice and recommendations to Business Units (BUs) within the region on human capital matters aligned with business objectives. You will work with BUs on resource planning rationalization, provide manpower analysis and insights on organizational climates, and make recommendations on performance, productivity, and well-being. Additionally, you will recommend solutions in manpower planning, resource management, performance management, talent management, learning & development, and disciplinary management.
You will collaborate with BUs to explore productivity improvement opportunities such as lean & agile practices, digitalization & automation, and initiatives to build a MAG Future Ready workforce. Tracking manpower statistics, recruitment needs, and team mobilization will be part of your responsibilities to ensure effective service delivery to BUs. You will also provide guidance to employees on grievances, self well-being, and escalate concerns to BUs or authorized parties as needed.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field. Additional training or certifications will be valued, and a minimum of 8 years in HR with at least 5 years of experience as a Human Capital Business Partner is required.,
