Job Description

    As a Sales Executive at Omkar Energy Solutions (OES), you will be responsible for driving the adoption of end-to-end solar energy and pre-fabricated room (PUF) solutions in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Your role will involve lead generation, customer engagement, relationship management, and closing deals to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
    Your key responsibilities will include generating and converting leads through various channels such as cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and events. You will conduct site visits, explain solutions to clients, and prepare proposals and quotations. Collaboration with technical teams for sizing, costing, and subsidy documentation will be essential. Building and maintaining client relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring client satisfaction will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be important to track sales activities, update the CRM system, and share timely reports to stakeholders.
    To be considered for this role, you should hold a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related discipline. Strong communication skills, a presentable demeanor, and a willingness to learn are essential. You should be comfortable with field sales, conducting site visits, and engaging in customer meetings. Being energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven will be key attributes for success in this position.
