Job Description
Responsibilities:-
• Manage assessment of Foreign Subsidiaries financial control to ensure evaluation, compliance, assessments, support and audits. Populate the quarterly movement of control weakness and highlight. Arrange Quarterly discussions with Foreign subsidiaries to discuss non compliance of controls.
• Lead COSO 2013 ICFR framework across all divisions of M&M and responsible for improvements, compliance and ensuring robusteness and operating effectiveness across all sectors, units, divisions at all times.
• Drive cross deployment of audit finding and learnings across the Group to strengthen internal financial controls
• Lead compliance reporting and Internal Audit and Statutory Audit for all other group companies• Manage Quarterly review of various compliance related certificates like CFO report etc and highlight quarterly deviations
• Review and provide guidance on new SOP’s and Policies concerning internal financial control and ensure adherence across the Group
• Facilitate Quarterly Steering Committee Meetings comprising sector CFOs, CIO to provide insights on the progress on various ICFR initiatives
• Review of Quarterly Controllers Report from Group Companies and prepate insights for AFLC.

• Propose and provide insights on latest Digital Initiatives and liaise with CIO to embed analytics and digitization in line with the latest technology
• ICFR testing cooridination for timely closure
• Participate in various process assurance initiatives.
Qualification:- C.A/ I.C.W.A.I with 5 to 8 yrs of experience.
