Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Coordinator to oversee the academic programs for the Middle School section. The role involves ensuring curriculum implementation, supporting teachers, monitoring student progress, and maintaining high academic standards aligned with the schools vision.

• Supervise curriculum planning, execution, and review across all middle school subjects.
• Support and mentor teachers through classroom observations, feedback, and professional development.
• Coordinate assessments, reports, and academic events.
• Ensure alignment of teaching practices with the schools pedagogical framework.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive academic excellence.
• Facilitate communication between teachers, students, and parents for academic matters.
• Analyze student performance data and implement improvement strategies.
• Assist in teacher recruitment, induction, and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience; prior academic coordination experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience in CBSE curriculum.
