Head - Operational Risk - BFSI

Description:
- Represent and lead Risk Division contingent right shored on site in India
- Lead the implementation of embedding Risk Division activities in India, ensuring compliance with APRA standards, Group Operational Risk Management Policy and PACE (process) models for shared activities.
- Embed a strong risk culture and that supports the safe and sustainable growth of Risk team in India.

- Provide oversight and challenge to risk profiling, event management, change risk, and third-party risk activities as an extension of the AU Risk Division., per agreed task division and associated SOPs.
Support Global Risk Objectives:
- Ensure, through specific delegated activities, that the Risk contingent contributes to
Build and Lead a High-Performing Risk Team:
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of risk professionals in India, to complement the Risk Division contingent, fostering technical and leadership capability growth.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to uplift risk maturity and ensure succession planning within the offshore risk function.
