Job Overview
Mangalore Minerals Pvt Ltd is seeking a Logistic and Dispatch Supervisor to oversee and manage our logistical operations. This full-time role is based in our Mangalore headquarters and will involve ensuring efficient coordination of dispatch activities, inventory management, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations across various channels.
Qualifications And Skills

• Proven expertise in supply chain management to optimize logistics and operations.

• Strong inventory control skills for maintaining accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
• Proficiency in routing and scheduling to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership to guide and motivate dispatch and logistics personnel effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve logistic-related issues promptly.
• Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with various departments and external vendors.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispatch documentation and processes.
• Experience in vendor management to maintain strong relationships and secure cost-efficient supplier agreements.

• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the logistics and dispatch team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement efficient routing and scheduling plans to meet delivery deadlines.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and update records to ensure accurate inventory data.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
• Resolve any logistical issues that may arise, including delays, and discrepancies in dispatches.
• Maintain clear communication with vendors and clients regarding delivery schedules and any changes or issues.

• Prepare and present reports on logistics activities, performance metrics, and improvement strategies.
