Assistant Manager – Technical Accounting

Responsibilities:-

• Need to pass necessary entries during Month closing , quarter closing and year end closing to ensure end to end compliance and accounting related to Premium and Commission area
• Prepare , review and submit various regulatory reports like Schedule VI and R&R
• Provide necessary data and working on timely basis during Half year and annual audits, ICOFR and internal audits with a view to nil/minimum observations
• Process payments related to Refund ,commission and Claims within prescribed timelines
• Understand, coordinate and provide sign off for various business requirements at the time of launching new products or partners

• Take active participation and share inputs related to various projects related to Technical area on system enhancements
• Prepare and Review TDS and PT working during commission payments, ensure proper accounting and data to be shared with tax team
• Submit data and information to Global team and other stakeholders
• Coordinate , support and guide other junior team members to perform their tasks and help them to grow

Get Hired
• CA fresher or CA with 1 to 2 years of experience
• CA having experience in handling Accounts operations, Various System reconciliation, system implementation, etc. from Insurance industry preferably Health or General insurance.
