We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Head to oversee the operations of multiple branches within the cluster. The Cluster Head will ensure adherence to company policies, drive business growth, and lead a team of branch managers to achieve performance targets. This leadership role involves monitoring loan disbursements, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize branch performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple branches within the cluster.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

- Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Monitor loan disbursements and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding branch and cluster-level targets.

- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure delivery of excellent customer service.

- Analyze branch performance data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in financial services, particularly in loan management.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.

- Sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.

- Experience in the gold loan sector is highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple branches efficiently.
