Strategic Program Delivery - Top Consulting Firms (Mckinsey/BCG/Bain) - 2013-2015
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join Strategic Program Delivery Team.
You would be working across departments and will be responsible to suggest and pick strategically important projects. You will get respective departments on board, define the blueprint and get the projects implemented with the help of ops/product teams.
For ex:
- Work closely with Business Head while launching a new division
- Help with inputs on distribution, sales, marketing, production, packaging etc.

- Strategy for launching a new product and maintaining a healthy product pipeline
- Analysing and drawing inputs from data, turning data into actionable solutions/insights, research and analysis of business, market, competitors, drawing inferences and proposing solutions.
Requirements:
- Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 MBA college. Experience in top Management Consulting firms like Mckinsey/BCG/Bain/AT Kearney
- 8-10 years of work experience. Pharma experience on the commercial side is preferred.
- Strong team player with high intent of getting things done
- Exceptional problem solving skills.
