Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Hubli. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within their designated region, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and analyzing regional market trends to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Regular reporting and ensuring alignment with company objectives are also essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills

- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage
