Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy.
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Senior Manager to help us grow of our Global Business segment under Executive Education. You will be trusted with the responsibility to scale up & also optimize programs within Global segment, as owner of crafting and executing high-performing performance marketing campaigns.
This will require expertise of executing & managing Performance Marketing channels within Gulf geographical region (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and the overall MENA region. APAC based countries and marketing there could be an expanded part of this role over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead execution for all Performance Marketing channels for Global: Leverage your expertise in paid advertising platforms
(Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn etc.) and affiliate marketing to manage campaigns for lead acquisition & admissions for the
portfolio under Global business. These could be targeted both at NRI or local population, but mostly programmes from known
Indian Institutes like IIMs and IITs
Optimise for Lower Funnel Metrics:
Go beyond Leads and optimise campaigns for key metrics (Applications, Admissions) aligned with TimesPro&aposs business goals.Campaign Strategist: Analyse data from past campaigns, competitor trends, and market insights to inform strategic campaign decisions and media plan development.
Data-Driven Optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and make data-backed adjustments to maximise ROI and campaign efficiency.
Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that ad copy, content, and creatives resonate with target audiences and drive user acquisition.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work and strategise cross-functionally internally with internal stakeholders and externally with agencies and partners.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports that provide actionable insights on campaign performance, user acquisition costs, and user engagement.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Strong experience in Performance Marketing channel execution & optimisation for the Gulf geographical region (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Bahrain), MENA. Prior experience with APAC will be a plus Experience with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and affiliate marketing, including network/ access to
affiliates in these geos
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies is a must.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams (creative, product) is a plus.
Past experience in a similar segment is a must.
Past experience in leading performance marketing teams is a plus. This role will start as an IC role, but over the next 6-12 months, will build a team for this vertical
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
