Job Description
- As a Telesales Executive at Manoranjan Grah Limited Ltd in Aligarh, you will play a crucial role in promoting and facilitating financing solutions to customers in urban and rural areas. With a focus on small ticket size Personal Loans, Professional Loans, and Unsecured Business Loans, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, generating leads through cold calls, and closing sales effectively.
Your primary responsibilities will include collecting and verifying customer documents, managing the entire loan application process, and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. You will serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers from application filing to loan disbursal, ensuring a seamless experience throughout.
To excel in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing, along with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Confidence, dynamism, and a proactive approach are essential traits for success in this position. Additionally, you should possess good presentation skills, quick understanding abilities, and a willingness to take initiative.
