Job Description
Designation : Customer Support Specialist
Experience : 1- 3 Years
Budget: Upto 3.6 LPA
Mode : Work From Office (All Saturdays Work From Home)
Location : Ahmedabad (Sindhubhavan)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to customers using SaaS / ERP software
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional with customers
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (added advantage)
- Functional understanding of Tally or other ERP systems
