Job Description
1. Strategic Financial Leadership:
1.1 Lead the financial, accounting, and secretarial functions across the entire Group.
1.2 Develop and drive the Annual Business Plan (ABP), including both short-term and long-term financial strategies.
1.3 Continuously monitor performance against approved plans and highlight risks, deviations, and corrective actions.
1.4 Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the management and Board/Trustees to support decision-making and institutional growth
2. Financial Planning & Control:
2.1 Establish and implement robust financial controls, policies, and accounting procedures across all institutions.
2.2 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation.
2.3 Monitor fund flows, including inflows and outflows across all entities, ensuring financial discipline and transparency.
2.4 Validate and oversee accuracy of financial records, including day books, journals, and ledgers.
3. Compliance & Governance:
3.1 Ensure timely compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements across jurisdictions (as applicable to international operations).
3.2 Coordinate and oversee tax planning, filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
3.3 Develop and implement SOPs for finance and accounting functions to standardize processes and ensure compliance.
3.4 Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on corporate and institutional compliance matters.
4. Treasury & Banking Relations:
4.1. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure cost-effective and preferential financial services.
4.2. Oversee treasury operations, including liquidity management, investments, and funding strategies

5. MIS & Reporting:
5.1. Design, implement, and maintain a robust Management Information System (MIS) for accurate and timely reporting.
5.2. Present periodic financial reports, dashboards, and insights to the Board/Trustees and senior leadership.
5.3. Ensure transparency and accountability through high-quality financial reporting.
6. Leadership & Team Management:
6.1. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team across the Group.
6.2. Drive a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
6.3. Independently manage the entire finance function and report directly to the Board/Trustees.
6.4. Undertake additional strategic or operational responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
