About the Role

We are hiring an Investment Analyst to work directly with the Founder on evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate investments. This is a high-responsibility, front-line investing role with direct exposure to live transactions and decision-making. We are specifically looking for candidates with real estate experience, exposure to high-value transactions, and strong valuation capability. Key Responsibilities-

-Deal Evaluation & Underwriting: Financial modeling, feasibility, downside analysis, valuation.

-Investment Memos: IC memos, investment thesis, risk analysis

- Transaction Structuring: Capital stack, waterfalls, deal structuring- Market Research: Micro-market analysis, comps, trends

-Portfolio Monitoring: Track execution, identify risks, reporting

Qualifications

13 years in Investment Banking, Big 4 (TAS/Valuations), Real Estate PE, or similar roles. Mandatory: Real estate exposure, high-value transactions, strong valuation skills. Skills Strong financial modeling, real estate underwriting, analytical thinking, communication.
