Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an E-learning Developer. The E-learning Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging e-learning modules. Core tasks include creating digital learning content using instructional design principles, managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), and ensuring compliance with SCORM standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance training programs and monitor training effectiveness will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Learning Development and knowledge of SCORM standards
• Strong skills in Instructional Design and Learning Management
