Profile Summary

Dynamic and result-oriented HR leader with over 6 years of progressive experience in healthcare human resource management. Proven expertise in NABH compliances, SOP and policy development, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws), recruitment, employee engagement, and HRIS management. Adept at aligning HR practices with healthcare standards, driving organizational growth, and fostering a culture of accountability and patient-centric service.

Core Competencies

  • Healthcare HR Leadership: Strategic HR planning and execution in multi-specialty healthcare centers.

  • Compliance & Policy Development: Drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and ensuring NABH compliance.

  • Recruitment & Workforce Management: End-to-end hiring for doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and administrative teams.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and retention strategies.

  • HR Operations: Payroll, attendance, HRIS, performance appraisals, and MIS reporting.

  • Training & Development: Conducting compliance training, leadership workshops, and mentoring junior HR staff.

Education

  • MBA in Human Resources
  • Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA) / PG Diploma in Healthcare HR 
  • Certifications in Labor Laws, NABH Compliance, HR Analytics (added advantage)

Experience

  • 6+ years in HR, with 5+ years in healthcare HR functions
