Associate Marketing Manager (Design & Operations)

Mareana is the leader in Manufacturing Intelligence for the Virtual Pharma sector. Were looking for a versatile marketing professional who can bridge creative design and marketing operations to drive our growth.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager and working closely with our VP of Go-to-Market, youll transform strategic initiatives into compelling visual assets and build the operational systems that support our revenue goals. This role is ideal for someone who combines design skills with a strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and marketing technology.

What Youll Do

Visual Content Creation

• Transform strategic documents, white papers, and thought leadership into engaging visual assets including LinkedIn carousels, one-pagers, pitch decks, and email graphics
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials (presentations, case studies, product sheets) that help our team close deals
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints

Marketing Operations & Campaign Management

• Build and manage an editorial calendar that coordinates content across LinkedIn, email newsletters, and other channels
• Optimize lead capture and nurture flows, ensuring seamless integration between marketing tools and our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
• Map and improve the customer journey from awareness through conversion, identifying opportunities to better support prospects at each stage
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, providing clear briefs and quality control

Process & Technology

• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate content creation and iteration
• Build templates and systems that make high-quality content production repeatable and efficient
• Continuously improve the handoff between marketing and sales teams

Who You Are

• Design-savvy: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating B2B marketing collateral thats both visually appealing and strategically sound (Figma and Canva proficiency required)
• Operationally minded: Youre comfortable with marketing technology, CRM systems, automation workflows, and data hygiene
• B2B experienced: You understand complex customer journeys and how marketing supports business outcomes, not just engagement metrics
• Self-directed: You take ownership of projects from concept to completion and proactively solve problems
• AI-forward: Youre excited to use emerging tools to work smarter and faster
