Qualifications And Skills

• Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate legal teams and influence organizational direction (Mandatory skill).

  Proven track record in strategic planning, essential for devising long-term legal strategies and goals (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience in providing legal advisory services to guide organizational decisions (Mandatory skill).
• Preferably from banking background.
• Proficient in team management, fostering collaboration and enhancing productivity within the department.
• Exceptional decision-making skills, ensuring timely and effective resolution of legal matters.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex legal challenges and mitigate risks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying legal advice and strategies to stakeholders.
