Job Summary
We are hiring a Product Manager for our Bangalore office to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to build and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize features and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive product decisions.
  
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to refine product requirements and improve user experience.
• Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and drive adoption.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on AI and healthcare industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.
  

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry, including provider workflows, regulations (HIPAA, CPT, ICD-10), and reimbursement models.
• Experience with AI-driven or healthtech products is a plus.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making, prioritization, and measuring product success.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and drive innovation in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
