Direct Taxation Manager

Qualification & Experience

• Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years post qualification work experience in the area of Direct Taxation


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Working knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage

Key Deliverables of the Role

• Preparation of income-tax computation of the Company for tax provisioning / income-tax return


• Filing of income-tax return of the company and review of group company returns


• Review of tax provision working of all group companies on quarterly basis.


• 
  Ensuring transfer pricing compliances, Preparation of tax and transfer pricing report for the purpose of audit.


• Liasioning with auditors for tax and transfer pricing audits.


• Preparation of submissions for the purpose of corporate and transfer pricing assessments.


• Liasioning with finance operational/ regional teams on support required for tax litigation.


• Co-ordinate with cross business/ cross function to ensure adequate and proactive responses to business opportunities and risk.


• Represent the company in assessments


• Reviewing and assisting tax consultant / counsel in appeal proceedings


• Review of TDS and WHT compliance
