Role Description:
The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering a world-class luxury retail experience by providing personalised, high-touch customer service and driving showroom sales performance. The role is responsible for understanding client needs, showcasing product expertise, and nurturing long-term client relationships through exceptional service standards. With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, brand heritage, and aesthetics, the Sales Executive ensures every customer interaction reflects the brand's prestige and exclusivity. The position also supports visual merchandising, maintains impeccable store presentation, and upholds operational excellence while contributing to the overall commercial success of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer service.
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, storytelling skills, and an understanding of brand heritage.
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through an elevated, personalised shopping experience.
- Proactively follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp, or email for repeat business and after-sales support.
- Identify solutions for upselling and cross selling in order to maximize the sales and showroom profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Share the stories behind our craftsmanship, product design, inspiration, and brand heritage.
- Work closely with delivery, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer's engagements.
- Replenish stock on shelves; coordinate with the stock room for availability of fast-moving items.
- Perform regular stock checks, assist with stock counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- To ensure that visual standards are in place and merchandising / pricing principles are always adhered to.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Retail - preferably from Furniture industry / Luxury retail and premium fashion.
- Good English communication skills mandatory
- Chinese or Russian language proficiency
- Presentability and confidence in engaging with high-net-worth customers
- High attention to detail with a strong customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle complex store operations
