Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (Technology Roles) with strong experience in end-to-end technology hiring. This role requires a hands-on recruitment professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, partners closely with business leaders, and delivers exceptional hiring outcomes across technical domains.
What Will You Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles across software engineering, data, cloud, AI, product, and digital functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Design and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, talent mapping, and networking.
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.
- Drive high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Manage interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
- Track hiring metrics, prepare recruitment dashboards, and provide weekly hiring reports and pipeline updates.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement strategies.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement.
The Must-Haves
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology hiring (in-house or agency)
- Proven experience hiring across software, data, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and digital roles
