Risk And Compliance Manager

What role you will play in team: You will lead and manage all aspects of risk and compliance functions within the organization.

What you will do: Develop and implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Manage and mentor a team of risk and compliance professionals.
• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in risk management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in risk and compliance management.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry (preferred).
