Data Operator Title Insurance - US Shift

We are hiring a Data Entry Executive to support our Title Insurance team in identifying property owners based on deed documents. This is a non-voice process requiring a high level of accuracy and familiarity with US Title insurance and title search terminology.

Responsibilities:

• Review deed abstracts provided for title orders
• Identify and confirm current ownership details
• Update / amend owner data in title production software
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and data integrity
• Escalate unclear ownership info for internal review
• Meet productivity targets with quality standards

Key Skills:

• Strong English typing skills (minimum 40 wpm with high accuracy)
• Familiarity with US Title Insurance process
• Ability to read and understand Deed documents
• Working knowledge of software like TrackerPro, Qualia, or similar is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Prior experience in Title Search, Typing, or Data Entry for US mortgage/title industry preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in US Title Search / Title Insurance domain
