Job Description

    As a Sales Strategist at MarketStar, you will be responsible for onboarding Americas restaurateurs on our Client's platform. This includes pitching, convincing, and getting them signed for one of the Client's commission packages.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Ensure shift and schedule adherence.
    - Actively support the advertiser in all aspects through to code implementation.
    - Timely follow-ups and schedule callbacks to customers.
    - Set high standards of performance, taking responsibility for successfully completing tasks.
    - Make advertisers and their needs a primary focus, developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
    - Display expertise and thorough understanding of products and processes.
    - Escalate problems/issues when warranted.
    - Meet QA/QC requirements and other key performance metrics.
    - Proactively communicate with advertisers and stakeholders.
    - Strictly adhere to company policies and processes.
    - Utilize tools effectively.
