Job Description

    If you are interested in applying for the position of Senior Sales Strategist at MarketStar in Hyderabad, we are looking for an energetic and outcome-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants on the client's platform to increase market penetration and develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business.
    As a Sr. Sales Strategist, you will need to listen effectively to customer calls, understand their needs, and provide short and long-term solutions aligned with their business goals. Building rapport with customers, handling objections, and analyzing customer behavior to tailor sales pitches are essential aspects of the role. Leveraging relationships with current accounts, developing subject matter expertise on the client's marketing solutions, and translating marketing goals into actionable strategies are key responsibilities.
    To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of relevant sales experience, be a UG/graduate in any field, and possess sales knowledge on social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite, flexibility with working shifts, and familiarity with Salesforce software are desirable qualifications. International Voice LOB experience, exceptional communication skills, agility, multitasking ability, customer-centric approach, objection handling, and stakeholder management are crucial attributes for this position.
