Workato Integration Architect

Position Name - Workato Integration Architect

Experience - 10+ Years

Location - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

∙Design, develop, and support Workato recipes integrating Salesforce and other platforms 

∙Build and maintain end-to-end automation for sales compensation and incentive processes 

∙Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud preferred) 

∙Implement and support Xactly Incent, Analytics, and Connect 

∙Manage data synchronization, validation, and reconciliation between systems 

∙Implement error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization in Workato 

∙Collaborate with business, sales ops, and finance teams to gather requirements 

∙Create and maintain technical documentation 

Mandatory Skills :

∙Workato – strong hands-on experience building integrations and automations 

∙Salesforce – configuration, workflows, reports, and data management 

∙Good to have Xactly. 

∙API integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting
