Designation: Finance Services Manager

Reporting to: Finance Controller

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience: 12+ years of experience

Position Overview- The Finance Services Manager will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial executions. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, governance of KPIs, SLAs, and ownership of process optimization initiatives including ERP implementations and automation programs. You will partner with global teams to enhance eAiciency, scalability, and business value.

Business Expansion & Growth Support

 Provide financial analysis and modelling to support new business initiatives, market expansion, and investment decisions.

 Evaluate business cases, ROI, and feasibility for new projects, geographies, or service lines.

 Monitor and track performance of expansion initiatives against targets.

 Performance Monitoring & Reporting

 Develop and track KPIs to measure financial and operational performance.

 Present monthly/quarterly financial results with variance analysis and key insights.

 Identify risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions proactively. Stakeholder Management

 Act as a key liaison between Finance Controller and business units.

 Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial discipline and accountability.

 Support audits and interact with external stakeholders as required.

People Management

 Lead and manage a team size of 20+ people for finance operations  Manage team capacity planning, productivity, and resource optimization  Develop and monitor next level leaders and growth plan for individuals  Develop Succession planning for the team  Manage performance discussions for the team Opportunities for Growth  Leadership role in finance transformation and digital initiatives  Exposure to strategic finance functions (FP&A, Treasury, Analytics)  Opportunity to drive global process standardization and automation roadmap  High visibility with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

 Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field  12+ years of experience in finance operations or shared services  Proven track record in managing large teams and complex finance processes  Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance)
