Job Description

What role you will play in team: You'll provide support to the HR department in day-to-day operations.

What you will do: You will assist with various HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records, scheduling meetings, and supporting HR initiatives.

Key responsibility:

  • Maintain employee personnel files.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as employee surveys and events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
