Job Description

Human Resources ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Details :

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree or HR certification (CIPD / SHRM) preferred.
Minimum 8-12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in Construction / Manufacturing sectors is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Free Zone regulations.
Proven experience managing 1000+ workforce environments preferred.

Skills & Competencies :

Advanced knowledge of UAE labor compliance and workforce cost modeling.
Strong payroll management and HR analytics capability.
Workforce planning and manpower budgeting expertise.
Policy drafting and SOP development.
Strategic thinking
High integrity and confidentiality
Strong negotiation & conflict resolution skills
Decision-making under pressure
Leadership and team management
