Human Resources ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Details :

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or HR certification (CIPD / SHRM) preferred.
• Minimum 8-12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Construction / Manufacturing sectors is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Free Zone regulations.
  
• Proven experience managing 1000+ workforce environments preferred.

Skills & Competencies :

• Advanced knowledge of UAE labor compliance and workforce cost modeling.
• Strong payroll management and HR analytics capability.
• Workforce planning and manpower budgeting expertise.
• Policy drafting and SOP development.
• Strategic thinking
