Internal Audit Associate - Hotel Operations

What role you will play in team: Support the internal audit team in conducting audits of hotel operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

What you will do: Execute audit procedures, document findings, and assist in the development of audit reports.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting audits of various hotel departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, food and beverage).
• Performing testing of internal controls.
• Documenting audit findings and preparing audit reports.
• Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
• 
  Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans.
• Collaborating with hotel management to address audit findings.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of internal control principles.
• Experience with audit procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to various hotel locations.
