Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
