Role Overview

We are looking for anAI Data Scientistwho is passionate about developing advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working with large-scale data from diverse sources and expertise in building AI agentic platforms using tools likeLangChainandLangGraph. This role offers the opportunity to lead AI projects that push the boundaries of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions using large, complex datasets from various sources.
• Build and optimizeAI agentic platformscapable of autonomous decision-making.
  
• Leverage tools likeLangChainandLangGraphto create innovative AI frameworks and applications.
• Design, test, and refine AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into MarsDevs products.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and integrate them into development strategies.
• Present insights and technical solutions to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong experience in handling large datasets and designing data pipelines.
• Proven expertise inAI agentic platforms

• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI models.
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI lifecycle management.
