Job Description
- As an Electrical Engineering Specialist, your role involves handling market feedback and warranty issues related to electrical switches and lockset systems. This includes conducting extensive vendor visits for process verification, root-cause analysis of typical cases, and 3G visits at dealer/customer locations to identify usage patterns for troubleshooting. Your coordination skills are essential for working with multiple product owners and process partners to execute quality improvements based on market feedback. You will also employ FTA approach for solving complex market issues, benchmark competitor processes/designs, and diagnose/resolve customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle market feedback and warranty issues for electrical switches and lockset systems
- Conduct extensive vendor visits for process verification and root-cause analysis
- Perform 3G visits at dealer/customer locations for troubleshooting
- Coordinate with product owners and process partners for quality improvements
- Utilize FTA approach for complex market issue resolution
- Benchmark competitor processes/designs
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications Required:
- Good understanding of electricals and electronic parts
- Expertise in interpreting circuit drawings and data-sheets
- Profound knowledge of semiconductor technology and PCB manufacturing processes
- Experience in root-cause analysis of defects related to SMT & soldering processes

- Proficiency in QC tools, DOE, Six Sigma
- Strong analytical skills and logical problem-solving approach
