Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Finance Transformation Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading initiatives for finance transformation. Your responsibilities will include implementing finance transformation strategies, ensuring synergies between business functions and technology partners, and enhancing visualization and management information systems. You will also be involved in internal capability development in finance for automation and business intelligence, as well as collaborating on financial planning projects and advancing ERP and BI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Finance Transformation Strategy
- Ensure synergies between business functions and technology partners
- Act as a key liaison between internal functions and technology partners/consultants
- Improve visualization & management information system
- Develop internal capabilities in finance for automation/BI
- Collaborate on financial planning and simulation projects
- Enhance ERP and BI maturity and implement advanced technologies for self-service MIS with data democratization
Qualification Required:
- Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / CA / CS / CWA
- Experience: 7 Years+
- Skill Set:
- Experience of working in cross functional teams
