Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager role based in New Delhi. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations for production and utility equipment, ensuring high availability, reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing spare parts inventory, and minimizing unplanned downtime. The role will lead and guide maintenance teams, assign workloads, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. The Maintenance Manager will also collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions across the plant.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance leadership capabilities, including Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and executing Preventive Maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

Get Hired
• Solid understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and best practices in industrial maintenance.
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and maintenance documentation; familiarity with CMMS or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
